  • Cocoa and Canvas for Children +

    Please come to Severn Library on Saturday, January 31 for “Cocoa & Canvas, a special time for children 6 to 12 to come paint their “happy place”, learn relaxation techniques such as guided imagery, and share hot chocolate and cookies.  Children will bring home their “happy place” masterpiece.  Door prizes will be given out.  Sponsored by the Chesapeake Life Center.   Parents are encouraged to attend with their children.  Snow date is February 21st.  Click here to learn more.

  • Have You Seen Me? Rebuilding The Lost Self +

    Friday, February 20 ~ 9:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

    Join award-winning author, Laura Oliver, MFA for this integrative workshop allowing participants an opportunity to discover and give voice to the missing self that may have been fractured or lost following the loss of a loved one. Cost is $25.
